What We Do
We build small business websites, and we make sure the search engines and AI platforms that customers now ask for recommendations can actually find them.
Which end you start at depends on what you already have. No website, or one you've outgrown — start with the build. A site that works but isn't showing up — start with the audit.
Website Design & Build
From $2,500 · Usually live in 2–4 weeks
A typical build is 5–8 pages, and the copywriting is included. You don't hand us finished text — we write it after we understand what you actually do and how your customers decide. Every site ships with the structured data already in place, so it's readable by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI from launch day rather than needing to be retrofitted later.
What's included
- 5–8 pages built around your services and service area — not a template with your logo dropped in
- All copywriting written for you and revised until it sounds like you
- Mobile-first, tap-to-call, and fast enough to load on a rural connection
- Full JSON-LD schema: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, and service area markup
- Google Business Profile connected, with your name, address, and phone consistent across the web
- Submitted to Google and Bing — Bing is what ChatGPT Search reads
- Your domain, your hosting account, your property. No CMS login required to keep it running
What moves the price
$2,500 is where a build starts, not what every build costs. The site itself scales with how much you need, and anything that has to do something — rather than just say something — is quoted on top:
| Scope | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign or event page | from $1,500 | One offer, one page — a seasonal promotion, an event, a single service. Usually for businesses already working with me. |
| Local business site | from $2,500 | The typical build — 5–8 pages, copywriting, schema, GBP, Google and Bing submission. |
| Product launch site | from $3,500 | More pages, deeper structure, heavier content work. |
| Online store | +$500 | Products, cart, and checkout added to any build. |
| Logo design | +$500 | If you don't have one, or the one you have won't scale. |
| Automation work | quoted | Quote forms that route themselves, online booking, follow-up sequences, CRM and calendar hookups, and anything else that has to talk to another system. Scoped and priced before it's built. |
Built for these industries
Serving Northern BC
You can get a website for $999. Here's what actually happens.
I'd rather say this plainly than have you find it out afterward. There are cheaper ways to get a website than hiring me, and for some businesses one of them is the right call. But the price you're comparing isn't the cost you'll pay.
- You write the copy. This is where most projects die — not in design, but in the six weeks the owner spends not writing the About page.
- You get a login. You will use it twice, then forget the password.
- Your hours change. You open a ticket, or you re-learn the editor, or the site stays wrong.
- Templates ship generic markup. AI assistants can't tell what you do or where you are, so they recommend someone else.
- Support is a queue in another timezone, answered by whoever is on shift.
- In year two the subscription renews whether the site earned anything or not.
- I write the copy. You talk to me for an hour about what you actually do; I turn that into the site.
- There is no login. There is nothing for you to learn, and nothing to forget.
- Your hours change, you email me, and it's live the same day. That's the whole process.
- Full structured data on every page, so ChatGPT and Google know what you do and which towns you serve.
- You email me. I'm in Vanderhoof, not a call centre in another province.
- You own the domain, the hosting account, and the files. Nothing is held hostage.
The real question isn't $999 versus $2,500. It's whether you want a website or whether you want a second job maintaining one. If you have the time and you enjoy that sort of thing, the cheap option is genuinely fine and I'll tell you so on the phone.
Most business owners I meet don't want a tool. They want it handled.

Website's not the issue, but paperwork is eating your evenings?
Then none of the above is your fix — the Time & Money Audit is. Done in person, in your business: I find the admin hours and dollars leaking out every week and hand you a written plan with the fixes ranked by impact. $497, credited toward the fixes.
The rest of what I do.
Not everything starts with an audit. These are priced and sold on their own, and each has its own page.
Google Business Profile
The single biggest lever in local search — and one of the strongest signals an AI assistant uses to decide who to recommend. Most profiles are claimed once and never touched again.
- Tune-up — $250 one-time
- Ongoing management — $150/mo
AI Phone Receptionist
Answers every call on the first ring, takes the caller's details, and texts you the message. Built for trades and small businesses that lose jobs to voicemail.
- Setup — $500 one-time
- Monthly service — $249/mo
Hosting & Care Plans
Managed hosting, tested backups, security monitoring, and a real person to email when the hours change or something breaks. No CMS login required.
- Managed hosting — from $45/mo
- Care plans with edits — from $75/mo
Not sure which end to start at?
If you don't have a website worth optimizing, we build it. If you do, the audit tells you exactly where you stand in 24 hours — and what it would take to fix it. Tell us which situation you're in and we'll point you at the cheaper one.
